Returns & exchanges

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges are not accepted after purchase. If you've made a mistake or need help with an order, contact me and I'll help you out. 

Processing Time

I work fast, however, the time it takes me to complete custom orders varies on the project at hand. You can expect 3-5 days for most small commissions. I will state approx processing times in the items description.  

Shipping

You will receive an 'it's on it's way' email once your item has been shipped.

Tracking is recommended (particularly for international orders) and can be purchased in the Shipping section of your order. 

It rarely happens, but if your item is lost in the mail without tracking, I won't be able to issue you a refund or send another item to you. Nor am I responsible for any customs/import taxes or shipping delays due to customs.  Please ensure your address is correct and give the appropriate time for delivery according to where you live. (I'm shipping from London, United Kingdom)

Privacy

Your data will only be used for the appropriate purpose (i.e home address: to deliver your package, names/email to inform you of your order process and send digital products if ordered.) 

Photo Privacy

I use your photos to complete your portraits and commissions. I may use your images as references (examples of my work) for future orders, portfolios and social media platforms (your identity and faces will always be hidden) you will have an option to opt-in or opt-out via email confirmation.  

Commissions policy:

Featured commissions and products are only to be used for personal use unless discussed beforehand. Feel free to contact me for commercial use.

I often share my work on professional platforms or social media. Your identity and photos (if used will always be hidden unless you've requested them to be shared) 

Digital Products: These are files sent to the email address you have provided. No physical products will be sent unless you've purchased an add-on or non-digital item. (please read the product descriptions carefully).
